This panel seeks critical, creative, and/or hybrid work that examines the poem as a form-in-progress and/or responds to temporal or physical constraint. How does the writing process impact the product of the poem? When does the finished poem reveal information about its making? How do decisions made during the drafting or writing process influence the writing, editing, or revision process of the poem? Potential topics of interest may include, but are not limited to, slow-writing, automatic writing, collaboration, or imposed mediums or materials. Discussions of your own writing process and poetic product are welcome, as are scholarly examinations of others' work.
