HISPANIC CULTURE REVIEW

CALL FOR PAPERS

Hispanic Culture Review is a journal that publishes scholarly
articles,narratives (fiction and nonfiction), reviews, essays, poetry,
drama, and visual art related to the Hispanic world at George Mason
University. Contributions in English should relate to the culture,
literature, or art of the countries where Spanish is spoken. There are no
other eligibility requirements.

All submitted material should include the author's name, address and
phone number, as well as an e-mail address. Work should be sent as an e-
mail attachment.

CFP: [Collections] Collection: American Literature Since 1945

Submissions are currently being solicited by a leading publisher in India
for a collection of scholarly essays on American literature since 1945.
The editors are particularly interested in concise, tightly argued essays
that offer critical readings of novels, short stories, poetry or drama
from a philosophical perspective, though all topics will be considered.

Submissions should be around 5000 words in length (roughly 10 pages) and
in MLA format. Please send essays (in Word) or inquiries to Dr. Benjamin

ganesanbalan_at_yahoo.com. All submissions will be acknowledged. The

The Society for Reformation Research (SRR; see our website at
www.reformationresearch.org) is now accepting proposals for individual
papers and complete sessions for its joint sessions with the Sixteenth
Century Studies Conference (SCSC), to be held October 23-26, 2008 in St.
Louis (the full SCSC Call for papers is found below). We seek papers for a
general theme as well as a number of panels (described below). In line
with our mission to support instruction of Reformation history and
Reformation themes in other courses, we also solicit papers with a primary
focus on teaching (see below).
