Reading Short Fiction in Transnational Contexts
A Conference of the European Network for Short Fiction Research
April 17-18, 2015, TCD and UCD, Dublin, Ireland
The European Network for Short Fiction Research (ENSFR) invites proposals for papers to be given at a 2-day conference to be held in Dublin on the 17th and 18th of April 2015 between Trinity College and University College Dublin. Organised by Dr Philip Coleman (TCD) and Dr Clare Hayes-Brady (UCD), the conference will address the theme ŒReading Short Fiction in Transnational Contexts¹ and proposals from across the various fields of literary studies are welcome. 300-word abstracts for 20-minute papers should be sent to ensfrdublin@gmail.com no later than midnight on the 1st of December 2014, together with a short biographical note. A provisional conference programme will be announced in January 2015, and it is envisaged that conference proceedings will be published in a special issue of the peer-reviewed journal _Short Fiction in Theory and Practice_.
