Call for Papers: August Wilson Journal
The August Wilson Journal is a peer-reviewed, open-access, online scholarly journal, promoting the study, teaching, and performance of Mr. Wilson’s work.
The journal invites new scholarship on August Wilson, including biographical research, historical research, literary analysis, and performance studies, as well as interviews, book/performance reviews, audio and video contributions, notes, and current bibliographic information. All critical approaches are welcome. Submissions will be judged by acknowledged experts.
Literary analyses, biographical research, performance studies, and historical research must be submitted directly via the journal website. Submission guidelines appear below. Inquire of the editors regarding interview ideas, bibliography/note contributions, and book/performance reviews.
Audio and video submissions are encouraged and will be considered. Works of verse, drama, or fiction will not be published.
Published by the University Library System, University of Pittsburgh ¾and sponsored by Kutztown University of Pennsylvania and the August Wilson Society. The inaugural edition is on track for publication in late 2018.

Submission Guidelines
Authors must register on the website prior to submission.
Visit augustwilson.pitt.edu and click the Register tab at the top. Fill in the form fields, select the checkbox for Author: Able to submit items to the journal, and submit (be sure to click the Register button at the bottom of the page).
Click the About tab and review information under Submissions.
To submit: Click the User Home tab. Click Author. Click Start a New Submission. Follow the steps.
