The Faculty of Arts and Humanities at Netrokona University, Bangladesh is delighted to inform that it is going to publish its double-blind peer-reviewed academic journal Sphaira: Journal of Arts and Humanities, volume 2, in December, 2026. Scholarly articles in English addressing contemporary issues within the fields of literature, linguistics, language teaching, education, fine arts, performance studies, folklore studies, cultural studies, literary theory, and history and archeology are called for publication in its second volume.

Manuscript development guidelines:

1. Abstract: approximately 250 words followed by 5 keywords
2. Article length: 4000 – 7000 words (excluding references and questionnaire/appendix)
3. Style-sheet: APA (7th edition)
4. Paper format: MS Word, Times New Roman, 12-font, justified, normal margin and double-spaced

Notes for authors:

1. Articles submitted must be original, previously unpublished and must not be submitted elsewhere.
2. An author can submit only one article.
3. Every article must pass through the journal’s plagiarism-checking software (plagiarism-20% maximum, AI-20% maximum).  
4. There is no restriction about theme, and authors are encouraged to explore all the possibilities within the fields of research mentioned above.
5. Authors are fully responsible for their submitted articles.
6. Submitted manuscript must be anonymous and separate from the cover page.
7. Please provide the following information on a cover page:

           a) Author’s full name and affiliation (no more than two authors for a joint article mentioning the corresponding author)

           b) Contact phone number and email address

           c) Title of the article followed by the 250-word abstract, five keywords and 100-word bio

Submission:

a) both soft copy and hard copy

b) Deadline: September 15, 2026

d) Two sets of anonymous hard copy, supported with the cover letter, must reach the following address:
