"Teaching Feminist Perspectives in the Classroom" session
RMMLA (Rocky Mountain MLA) Convention in Reno, Nevada
October 9-11, 2008

The session chair seeks paper proposals that address innovations,
problematics, and/or insights about teaching feminism (or about teaching as
a feminist) in literature, language, cultural studies, or composition
classes. Papers that focus on particular strands of feminism and feminist
theory ("third-world feminisms"; queer feminisms; post-structural feminism;
and others) are especially encouraged.

Please send a one-page abstract with your name, affiliation, and contact
information to Reid Sagara at rsagara_at_u.washington.edu by March 1, 2008.
