Panels are now forming on topics related to culture(s), literature,
ethnography, film, pop culture, folk culture, history, art, photography,
railroads, geography, archeology, etc. Our goal is to provide a forum
that will enhance the quality of undergraduate research, which has come
to the forefront of offerings from institutions of higher learning, world-
wide. Southwest/Texas PCA/ACA developed this panel to provide a means by
which the results of undergraduate research can be shared with the
academic and professional communities. Both associations are regional
affiliates of the national chapters of the Popular Culture and American
Culture Associations.

Two-thousand eight (2008) will mark the first of what we hope to be an
annual event for this special section within the well-established
professional conference. Participants will also have an excellent
opportunity to network with scholars and researchers on the next level
within their field.
Send 250 word abstracts and proposals for panels by 15 November 2007
