CFP: D. H. Lawrence's Circle and Short Stories
(3/25/09; MLA 12/27/09-12/30/09)

The D. H. Lawrence Society of North American (DHLSNA) invites individuals
to submit abstracts for consideration for the 2009 MLA meeting in
Philadelphia (which will be held from December 27th through 30th).

The DHLSNA is organizing two panels: "D. H. Lawrence's Circle" and "D. H.
Lawrence's Short Stories." We welcome abstracts of 250 words that address
either topic and that demonstrate an innovative scholarly approach to
primary texts while simultaneously addressing important critical approaches
to Lawrence.

Please submit abstracts by March 25th to DHLSNA President Jill Franks
Jill164_at_aol.com. Those whose papers are chosen for presentation at MLA will
need to be members of the DHLSNA in order to present at the conference.
