contact email:

This is an update from a previous call. The editor of this collection is
urgently looking for one or possibly two more essays that interpret(s) Asian
narratives (NOT postcolonial or Asian American narratives) from a Gothic
perspective, but which Essays on the Gothic in literature and film from,
for example, China, Japan, Korea, and the middle east are sought.

As I we are working on a tight deadline (as the publication date as been
tentatively set), we would appreciate it if interested scholars who are
currently working on, or have completed, articles on this area submit a 400
word abstract, latest by the end of January 2007 to the email below.
Decision will be promptly made, and completed essays are expected by come in
by the end of March 2007.Please write to the following email. Thanks
