CFP: students' guides to writing about great authors (no deadline; book)

Facts On File, a New York publisher of reference books for schools and
libraries, is seeking several scholars to write books advising students
(particularly high school students) on how to research and prepare
essays on major authors. The ideal candidates for the project will have
an intimate knowledge of the major works of the subject author,
experience in instructing students on how to write well, and a graceful,
jargon-free writing style. Each volume in the series must closely follow
the series format and style. Volumes must be completed quickly,
preferably within 6 months. Available volumes include the following:
William Shakespeare
Edgar Allan Poe
Ernest Hemingway
F. Scott Fitzgerald
J.D. Salinger
Emily Dickinson
Nathaniel Hawthorne
Toni Morrison
