CFP: [American] Divorce in Contemporary U.S. Literature, MLA '08 Special Session
This panel seeks papers exploring the depiction of divorce in twentieth-century and twenty-first
century U.S. literature. Papers examining how ethnicity, race, religion, sexual identity, or views of
nature reflect the treatment of divorce are especially welcome. Please email 250-500 word
proposals to Kim Freeman at k.freeman_at_neu.edu by March 15, 2008.
