“Editing Across the Disciplinesâ€
The Society for Textual Scholarship will hold a multi-disciplinary
conference on the theory and practice of editing at the Editorial
Institute, Boston University, from Thursday 13 March through Saturday 15
March 2008. Papers are invited from any academic subject area, though
papers in areas such as literature, musicology, classical studies, and
book history, are particularly encouraged. Papers from graduate students
are also welcome. Paper should not exceed 20 minutes in length.
Please send abstracts to Professor Archie Burnett, Editorial Institute,
Boston University, Boston MA 02215 by December 10, 2007, or by email to
burnetta_at_bu.edu.
All participants in STS 2008 must be STS members in good standing.
Information on STS, including a link to enable you to register as a

the journal Textual Cultures: Texts, Context, Interpretation.
