Title of the Paper: “Intercultural collaboration: Field forces,
hibernation intervals and their interplay.”
Abstract:
This paper takes a systemic view of the socio-technical causalities of
collaboration or dissonance in a multi cultural milieu. It examines field
forces of multicultural collaboration with long hibernation, short
hibernation and zero hibernation. The paper also extrapolates the
innovative model into individual and groups as two different sets of
analysis and integrates the dimensions of time, configuration, hibernation
phases into a mathematical model for due differential analysis and
interpretations. The dynamism and interdependence constructed into the
forces of hibernation throw various outcomes and permutations in the
organizational context. The thre- planar model in this paper explores
cultural equilibrium through the interplay of forces like Cultural
beliefs, objectivity of information and communication through interfaces.
The triadic configuration of three planes is given a mathematical
treatment through examining impact of variables through the coordinates of
time and population configuration. The paper c recommends a diagnostic
model that could be used by organizations in the realm of cultural
scanning and integration.
