On the occasion of the twentieth anniversary of Jan Lauwers's =

Gent (Belgium), Academia Press, 2007.

In 2006 Needcompany will celebrate its twentieth birthday. To mark this =
Needcompany has set up collaboration with the Department of Theater =
Studies at
Ghent University with a view to publishing a collection of writings on
their work in English. The purpose of this anthology is to map out the
reflective space surrounding this internationally renowned performance =
by bringing together a number of essays and articles on their much =
performances which have appeared over the years. These contributions =
include work by a.o. Marvin Carlson. Next these contributions, the =
University of Ghent also wishes to launch a call for scholarly articles =
or contributions on Needcompany.
If you have written articles about Needcompany in the past and would =
to see them published in this publication, we ask you kindly to mail the =
references to If you work is accepted, we will contact =
periodicals or publishers concerned regarding issues of copyright, etc. =

publication in the field of theatre and performance studies.
