This panel will discuss the various ways that film, illustration, and visual rhetoric can be used to enhance and enrich the effective teaching of English to non-native speakers. Photography, images, and illustrations are invaluable tools in aiding the English learner to fully comprehend the meaning of denotation, connotation, and vocabulary in context.
