[UPDATE] Medieval Association of the Midwest CFP Deadline: Aug. 16, 2010
We welcome paper and panel proposals that address any aspect of the Middle Ages. In keeping with MAM's philosophy of inclusiveness, we encourage the submission of proposals from all branches of medieval studies, including but not limited to archaeology, art, bibliography, history, language, literature, music, philosophy, religion, and science.
Proposals for individual papers of no more than 20 minutes should be approximately 250 words long and should include the presenter's contact information and any requests for necessary A/V equipment. Offers to serve as a panel moderator are also appreciated. Proposals for full panels should contain no more three papers and one session moderator, as well as the titles of all the individual papers and the organizer's contact information.
Conference keynote speakers will be Professor Carolyn Dinshaw, NYU, and Professor John Niles, University of Wisconsin-Madison.
