This is a special topics cfp sponsored by NYCEA at CEA. You do not have to be a member of NYCEA to present, but you do have to become a member of CEA as do all presenters once their proposals are accepted. Your paper proposal for this panel can be on any aspect of or issues around the exploration of reconciliation in any genre of texts from any period of literature and any culture. Papers may also treat the topic in relationship to other disciplines: psychological dimensions; historical contexts; cultural influences; anthropological elements, etc. Proposals that focus on the process of and journey to common ground and reconciliation are welcome as well.
