Panel Title: François Ozon and French Queer Cinema

Papers are now being accepted on all topics related to the work of director François Ozon as well as other directors or topics connected to French queer cinema.

While all approaches to Ozon and French queer cinema will be considered, some possible areas of interest are:

Ozon’s and adaptation (Rainer Werner Fassbinder, Douglas Sirk)
Queer themes/queering theme
Cinema of the Body/Cinema du Corps
Ozon and gender
Ozon and race
Ozon and the actrice (from ingénue to established, even legendary/iconic actrices)
