Contributions are invited for a special issue of _In-between_ which proposes to focus on Anita Desai’s _In- Custody_. Close textual readings, interpretative analysis of different aspects of the text, as well readings of the novel in the light of current critical view-points may be undertaken. Comparative readings may be submitted.
Articles may not be longer than four thousand words.
