The deadline for abstract submissions to the conference "James Baldwin: In His Time / In Our Time"
has been extended until November 20, 2009. Please send 1-2 page abstracts to Quentin Miller at
qmiller_at_suffolk.edu. The conference will be held from March 19-March 21 at Suffolk University in
Boston. We will consider any aspect of Baldwin's career; we are also interested in considerations of
Baldwin in conjunction with his contemporaries or his influence on other writers. The conference
