Abstract – Human behavior draws on key sources from the disciplines of social psychology and economics, which develops a frame work for applying these factors to the development of a communication strategy. Of Corse exhibited by selected humans which are influenced by culture, attitudes, emotions, values, ethics, authority, rapport, hypnosis, persuasions, coercion/genetic. The acceptability of behavior is evaluated relative to social norms and regulated by various means of social central, basically studied by academic disciplines of psychiatry, psychology, social work, sociology economics and anthropology. Many Disciplines have something to say about human behavior, with in government. Behavior change tends to be dominated by social psychological and economics thinking. Behaviors are neither genetically nor environmentally determined instead they result from the influence of the two.
Introduction – Human behavior provides a better understanding of how people relate to each other so that they may develop improved communication among themselves by operating degree ego states of parent, adult and child at particular moment. Human behavior is a combination of inborn traits that acquired from parents and the environmental inputs.
Behaviorally factors such as communicator credibility and attractiveness are important determinants of the ease alteration. Behavioral decision theory tells us how decisions are actually made and does not attempt to prescribe normative guidelines.
One of the more important characteristics discussed is the nature of normative behavior in groups, which exists norms conformity, cohesiveness, and group performance, also role relation have been examined, including clarity, ambiguity, and conflict, along with the extremely relevant topic of status.
Significance of study – Change is possible, but understanding is necessary with understanding the ratio of forces changes within the human systems. Admitting that people are seeking relationship gives meaning to theory of motivation that describes the human beings need for stimuli structure and relationship. Knowledge based business can active higher performance is by bringing about a change in its people’s behavior, thus human resources managerial skills came into play, as they control the reins of the company’s culture.
The incidence of actual behavior performance is proportional to the amount of control an individual possesses over the behavior and the strength of the individual’s intention in performing the behavior, further hypotheses that self-efficacy is important in determining the strength of the individual intention to perform a behavior. Behavioral economic combines insights from economics and psychology to generate principles that show how people’s decision making can be less rational. A system view of human behavior was proposed to illustrate how cognitive processes and needs act upon environmentally induced stimuli. A careful analysis is made of attitude formation and the controversial relationship between attitudes and behavior. This issue cannot be avoided by any managers because of very real pressures from society, including legal intervention into motivational practices and the protection of individual rights on and off the job.
