The Oracle Fine Arts Review is gearing up for its 2013 edition. Since 2004, The Oracle has published works from around the world. This year, we are hoping to have an eclectic bunch of submissions that adhere to traditional modes of expression, but are not afraid to boldly challenge those traditions. Writers are welcomed to submit fiction, nonfiction, poetry, and theatrical/dramatic works. Artists are welcomed to submit paintings, drawings, photography, ceramics, sculpture, graphic art, etc. The 2013 edition is expected to be published in mid-to-late Spring 2013.
