Call for Papers

This year's conference theme is 'Exploring contexts: language at crossroads of society and culture'. With this theme, we seek to examine the interactional, communicative, societal and cultural functions of language. The conference will promote internationalisation by bringing researchers from across the globe together and by providing vital networking opportunities.

We are very honoured to confirm the participation of Professor Lesley Milroy (University of Oxford), who will give the opening keynote address on the first day of the conference.

Possible topics of paper/poster proposals include, but are not limited to:

• Language teaching/learning;

How to apply:
Please submit a 300 word abstract proposal (with 5 keywords) in an attachment in MS word format to by September 15th. Please include your contact information in the body of your email, not in the attached file.

Poster /Paper: please state clearly whether you intend to present your research in the form of a paper or a poster

• Notification of reviewers' decision: September 30th
• Presenters' registration deadline: October 15th
• Conference: November 9th / 10th
