Editor seeks 20-25 page essays on Edgar Allan Poe’s work, life, and/or influence from all literary/cultural/theoretical perspectives. Possible essays topics could include the short story cycle, the gothic, the doppelgänger story, the Poe House (Baltimore), necrophilia, the plague, aesthetics, slavery, science fiction, popular culture, labor and nation.
