Feminisms and Postfeminisms: Women’s Films in Italy

This panel will explore Italian films by and for women from the late 1960s to the present. All theoretical approaches are welcome. Papers engaging with feminist theories of film and cultural studies are encouraged.

Proposals (up to 500 words in length) should include brief author’s bio and should be submitted by November 15, 2012 to the Culture and Politics of Gender Research Group (Paola Bonifazio, Giancarlo Lombardi, Nicoletta Marini-Maio, and Ellen Nerenberg) at CulturePoliticsGender@gmail.com as e-mail attachments in one of the following formats: Rich Text Format (.rtf) or Microsoft Word (.doc / .docx).
