TWO SPECIAL SESSIONS:
* Horizon 2020 R&D Funding Opportunities for Reconfigurable Computing (Sept. 4th)
A special session about Horizon 2020 funding opportunities for topics
related to FPL with participation of:
- Panos Tsarchopoulos, Future and Emerging Technologies, EU Project Officer
- Georgi Kuzmanov, ARTEMIS Joint Undertaking, Programme Officer
* Industry Session with short presentations from industry (Sept. 3rd)

TWO BIRDS OF A FEATHER (BoF) SESSIONS: Sept. 3rd
As part of the FPL2013 program, the following two BoF sessions will be
hosted:
. High-level synthesis
. Just-in-time compilation and runtime implementation techniques for FPGAs

BoF sessions are organized as informal, atypical, interactive meetings of
groups of people sharing common interests and provide an excellent
opportunity for face-to-face exposition and exchanging of ideas. A 2-hour
session has been allocated for each BoF session. The BoF sessions will
initiate with 3-5 min. short presentations of contributors of the specific
BoF session research field. Following this, a 45-min. open discussion will
take place.
For a more detailed description of the BOF sessions please refer to
www.fpl2013.org/bofs.htm.

---------------------------
DEMO NIGHT: Sept. 2nd, 2013, from 19:00 to 21:30
This demo session provides an excellent opportunity to interact with
researchers and industry exhibitors.
At the demo night we will have 17 demonstrators from various research
projects around the world showcasing their latest work in reconfigurable
technology, the participation of our exhibitors and sponsors, and the
participation of the winners of the Altera Europe student design contest.
During the demo night we will have hors d’oeuvres and drinks.
