Liberia- Hispanic Journal of Cultural Criticism is looking for submissions. The journal aims to promote the debate of contemporary Hispanic culture. We encourage the submission of texts conceived at the crossroads of theoretical inquiry and cultural production. We accept articles, book reviews, and interviews for submission in Spanish, Portuguese, Catalan and English. Revista Liberia will be publishing its second issue in May of 2014. Our second issue aims to discuss contemporary Latina American and Spanish cultural productions in a manner that takes into consideration transatlantic relations in its scope of research and analysis. Topics such as trade, borderlands, violence, suffrage, social movements, and national and post national identities are particularly sought after. We are also accepting open topic essays, reviews, and interviews. Deadline for submission is February 1, 2014. Please send to http://www.revistaliberia.org.
