The English faculty of the University of Montenegro is glad to announce its tenth anniversary of organizing conferences on English and American studies. So far these conferences have been attended by scholars and teachers from all around the world and have produced twelve books published by the Faculty of Philosophy, University of Montenegro, and the British publisher Cambridge Scholars. We have worked hard to collect a rich corpus that would help researchers from all the Anglo-American disciplines and hope that our future endeavours will be as productive. Please visit our web site www.nicells.ac.me for more details about the conference.

For this special date we invite scholars to re-visit the old texts and contexts focusing on syntax, semantics, discourse analyses, language teaching, translation studies, literary history, theory and criticism, or assume an interdisciplinary approach to these.

We are pleased to announce that our confirmed keynote lecturers are Professor Charlotte Brewer, Hertford College, Oxford University, Professor Meredith Martin, Princeton University, and Professor Aleksandar Jerkov, Belgrade University.

The deadline for applications is May 31, 2014.

Your proposals, containing an abstract no longer than 300 words, with up to 8 key words and a short CV, should be sent to Marija Krivokapić Knežević (marija13a@gmail.com) or Aleksandra Nikčević-Batrićević (alexmontenegro@t-com.me).
