Call for Graduate Student Papers (Read and/or Performed). We invite emerging scholars and artists in all fields to join us for a half-day graduate student symposium. We join this conversation through our sharing of papers and embodied theory presentations that investigate the intersections and conflicts between two or more of these experiential modes. Please send 250-word abstracts (for 8-page, double-spaced papers) or 250-word performance proposal paragraphs (for pieces no longer than 7 minutes) to graduate symposium coordinator Brian Granger at: briangranger@umail.ucsb.edu by March 15, 2014.
