Please submit paper proposals for a panel on disability and citizenship, to be
presented at the NEASA "Homeland Insecurity" conference in Portland, Maine next
September. Abstract and brief cv, please. The deadline for submissions is Mar
15; I'll be happy to answer any questions before then.
