MAPACA conference in Philadelphia, PA. The conference offers a wide range o=

research areas in Popular Culture and American Culture. These areas and the=

corresponding chairs are listed below. Please send a one-page (250-300 word=

proposal to the appropriate chair before June 15, 2007. Include a brief CV=

bio and any A/V needs. Please note: only slide projectors, carousels, scree=

and combined VCR/DVD players with monitors are provided. Single papers, thr=

or four person panels, round-tables and alternative formats are encouraged.=
