Call for Papers: Roundtable Discussion on Teaching Native Drama
Proposals by Oct. 15, 2007

Native American Literature Symposium
Mystic Lake Hotel and Casino
Minneapolis, Minn.
March 27-29, 2008

The Pedagogy Committee for The Association for the Study of American Indian
Literatures seeks brief presentations on the teaching of dramatic works by
indigenous authors of North America. The presentations will be followed by
a roundtable discussion of the topic. Presentations on any authors and
time periods are welcome, but the focus should be on pedagogical approaches
to the material. Discussions of classroom experiences are welcome. Please
send a 250-word proposal to Scott Andrews at scott.andrews_at_csun.edu by Oct.
15. The roundtable would be part of the Native American Literature
Symposium to be held March 27-29, 2008, at the Mystic Lake Hotel and Casino
near Minneapolis, Minn.
