2006 JOINT CONFERENCE

DEADLINE: OCTOBER 15, 2005

We are considering proposals for sessions organized around a theme, special panels, and/or individual papers. Sessions are scheduled in 1½ hour slots, ideally with four papers or speakers per standard session.

Comedy and Humor: Proposals are solicited for papers treating any aspect of humor and comedy as found in American literature, history, the media, comics, or culture in general. Deadline for proposals is October 15, 2005.
