For sessions at the American Literature Association conference in San
Francisco, the AALCS invites proposals for 15- to 20-minute
presentations concerned with African American literature. Open topic,
but papers on drama (esp. August Wilson), literature and performance,
and literature and other arts are encouraged. Mail 200-word proposals
