ESSAYó"Dangerous Writing"
   "Points of Entry: Cross-Currents in Storytelling," an annual
scholarly/professional journal of literary journalism, creative
nonfiction, oral tradition and essay by academics and working
journalists, is accepting submissions for its second issue. We have a
special interest in the "dangerous writing" theme for this issue.
    Essays of 1,000-5,000 words should examine connections between
journalism education and/or practice and storytelling in fiction and/or
oral tradition. How can forms of narrative (narrative strategies, point
of view, structure, dialogue, etc.) inform contemporary journalistic
