Rodopi is expanding is series on Consciousness, Literature and the Arts. It
is a scholarly line of books consisting of monographs (and thematic
collections of articles), in the English language, dealing with a wide
variety of areas, problems, and applications within the broad field of
consciousness studies in relation to literature, theatre, dance, music,

Essays in Theatre/Ètudes théâtrales invites submissions in for a special issue on the subject of Shakespearean adaptations. Topics may include (but are not limited to): adaptations for the stage—including musical theatre, dance, and performance art—as well as adaptations into other media—including literature, film, and television.
Deadline for Submissions: August 1, 2006.
