The Graduate Film Studies Journal (GFSJ) is a new online film journal tha=
t is devoted solely to the publication of film essays written by exceptio=
nal graduate students from around the globe. Currently, we are looking f=
or intelligent essays on any subject of film for our inaugural issue. Pl=

The Expatriate Indian Writing in English : A Call for Papers
We have just concluded a National Seminar on Expatriate Indian Writing in English (Sep 22-23) at the Department of English, Kakatiya University, A.P., India. Some of the key participants were Prof. Jasbir Jain (Jaipur), Prof. Manju Jaidka (Punjab), Dr. Somdatta Mandal (Santiniketan), Prof. Vijayasree (Osmania), Prof. Gopal Rao (Osmania), and Prof. Vinoda (Kakatiya).

"What is Global Ethics and how to research it?"

The conference is hosted by the Center for Ethics & Value Inquiry (CEVI) at
Ghent University, Belgium.
AIM OF THE CONFERENCE
The conference brings together scholars in various disciplines (philosophy,
ethics, sociology, geography, international relations, anthropology,
political science, .) on the theme of 'global ethics'. The aim of the
conference is to create a forum where various approaches and issues in
researching 'Global Ethics' are discussed.
