Bezalel - academy of Art and Design (Jerusalem) inaugurates a peered refereed e-journal in the subjects of Art, Industrial Design, Architecture, Photography, Visual studies (Visual Communication, Visual Culture, Visual Representation etc.), music and architecture, fashion studies, Film Studies, Jewelry & objects, History and theory in the art, cinema, animation, story-boards. gender studies, literary studies vis-a-vis the arts.

All interested poets are invited to submit work to be considered for
a panel of short readings at the 2006 Rocky Mountain Modern Language
Association (RMMLA) Convention, to be held October 12-14, 2006, in
Tucson, Arizona.
Interested poets should include no more than five poems and a short
cover letter in a single MS Word or Rich-Text Format document
attached to an e-mail to session chair Jake Adam York at
Jake.York_at_cudenver.edu.
All queries should be directed to session chair Jake Adam York at
Jake.York_at_cudenver.edu.
Panelists will be named no later than March 14, 2006. Panelists must
be members, with dues current, by April 1st, 2006.

DoubleTree Resort Hotel at Reid Park in Tucson, Arizona.
Grounded in traditional Navajo oral tradition and storytelling, the
poetry of Luci Tapahonso celebrates the complex interrelationships
between words, memory and the vast and beautiful landscape of the
American Southwest. Through her work published in A Breeze Swept
Through (1987), Sáanii Dahataal: The Women Are Singing (1993) and Blue
Horses Rush In (1997) she has bridged the gap between traditional Diné
oral tradition and modern poetic form.
