Samla members who are translators of poetry from any foreign language
into English are cordially invited to submit samples of their works for
consideration
to Dr. Gordon E. McNeer. The panel often is constructed around a
theme, but
this is not always the case so any type of work is welcome. Typically,
panalists
introduce their translation and then read from it. Discussion is at the
end. In most
cases, presentations are limited to fifteen minutes.
