inspiration for Mary Shelley=E2=80=99s Frankenstein. =20

Presentation proposals should examine the history and the significance of=20
Jewish mythology on Jewish culture and non-Jewish culture, especially in the=

United States.

The fifth annual Conference for Medieval Studies, a graduate student conference
sponsored by Comitatus, the Purdue Medieval Studies group, will be held at
Purdue University, West Lafayette, Indiana on February 23-24, 2007. The theme
for this year's conference is "On the Edge: Representations of Liminality in
Medieval Europe."

Patricia Clare Ingham, Indiana University, Bloomington, will be the plenary
speaker for this year's conference.
