The Continuum Companion to Sound in Film and the Visual Media

The "Continuum Companion to Sound in Film and the Visual Media", aims to be the
most comprehensive companion available to sound and music in film, media and
new media. It will eventually consist of around 300,000 words by expert
contributors from around the world.

For a collection of essays on the topic of 'Intermediality,' we are still
looking for essays, in particular on theoretical explorations of the concept
of 'Intermediality' itself, and on the intermedial aspects of comics/graphic
novels.
Some publishers have already expressed interest in this collection, so, if
you would like to be on board, please contact brundlefly_at_web.de -
abstracts and finished papers [or drafts] welcome!
