Limited, an international journal publisher based in
Oxfordshire, UK. _Angelaki_ publishes three issues a

issues to one general/open issue; in 2000 this is likely
to change to one special/theme issue and two general/open
issues. The format of the journal is now much larger
(17.5 cm wide x 24.8 cm deep). ISSN: 0969-725X.

3. The first issue of Volume 3 of _Angelaki_ is now
out. It is a special issue entitled _Impurity,
Authenticity and Humanity_, edited by Dr Mozaffar
Qizilbash of the Sustainable Development Policy
Institute, Pakistan. A brief blurb for the issue
follows.

Impure philosophy cuts across the dominant
traditions in modern western philosophy, undermining
boundaries. The question that unifies the various
themes of the essays and other work collected in
this issue is whether human beings are distinctively
impure. Different views emerge about what it is that
characterises humans, as contributors address a host
of familiar names in philosophy, literature and
  psychoanalysis.

  June 1998. 20 pieces. 203 pages. 124,000 words.
