BMa: The Sonia Sanchez Literary Review invites submissions on any aspect of
poet Sonia Sanchez's work.

As a poet who emerged during the height of the Black Arts Movement, Sonia
Sanchez produced powerful poetry for nearly three decades.

Published twice yearly, BMa maintains a rolling enrollment. However, among the
issues we'd like to address in 2001 &2002 are:

                Quest themes in Sanchez's work

Pedagogical issues involved in teaching Sanchez's work

And close studies of her poetic style.

Manuscripts should be submitted on disks written in any DOS or Macintosh word
processing software and follow MLA Style Manual. Submit hard copies in
triplicate to the editor. Manuscripts should not exceed twenty-five typed,
double-spaced pages. Submissions must be accompanied by a stamped,
self-addressed envelope.
