Americana: The Institute for the Study of American Popular Culture would
like to invite you to submit articles for its fall edition of Americana:
The Journal of American Popular Culture (1900-present) to be published in
October at http://www.americanpopularculture.com.

guideline have also been copied below for your convenience.

We would also like to invite you to read our inaugural spring edition
which is now posted on the site to get an idea of the kind of work we are
interested in publishing.

Guidelines for submissions
                                                                   
1.Articles must be attached to a brief cover letter in the email text
(containing the author's name, institutional affiliation, and contact
information), and both must be formatted in Microsoft Word.

2.Articles must strictly follow MLA guidelines.

3.Articles must be analytical and focus on some element of twentieth or
twenty-first century American popular culture. (We are, of course, only
looking for academic research papers.)

4.Articles must be 2000-5000 words in length.

5.Because the Advisory Board of Americana practices blind review,
articles must not contain the name of the author or any reference to the
author.
