CFP: Suffragette Poetry (3/30/04; e-journal issue)
HOW2 is the leading journal for experimental feminist poetry. Available

the journal, founded as HOW(ever) by Kathleen Fraser, is now under the
editorship of poet and scholar Kate Fagan.
For the Readings section forthcoming in Fall 2004 (with a deadline of
March 30, 2004), Catherine Daly, together with Mary Chapman, is editing
a group of essays, readings, and papers on Female Suffragette Poet Alice
Duer Miller, as well as related items on female journalist poets
(writing political poetry for newspaper publication), the female poets
of the Algonquin Roundtable, popular long poems written by women in the
30s and 40s, and female suffragette poets writing in English.
