Call for Papers

Matheliende: The Online Journal of Medieval Studies at the
University of Georgia

Deadline: May 3, 2004

The editors of Matheliende are seeking essays for our 2004
open-topic issue. Submissions may be on any aspect of
medieval literature or culture, from Anglo-Saxon to Middle
English and the late Medieval period. We also invite
submissions of reviews and articles on pedagogical
practices. We encourage you to share your classroom
experiences teaching medieval studies or the ways you have
incorporated medieval literature into non-medieval courses.
We welcome reviews of medieval texts as well as reports on
popular culture events, such as movies or conferences, which
have a medieval aspect.

All submissions should follow MLA guidelines. E-mail
submissions of papers, saved in Rich Text Format, are
preferred; hard copies of papers are welcome, but should be
accompanied by a disk with the document saved in Rich Text
Format.

Matheliende is edited by graduate students and professors of
the University of Georgia English Department and may be
