The Iowa Journal of Cultural Studies is currently seeking reviews and
review essays for our special issue "Nostalgia," co-edited by Tom Lutz and
Sean Scanlan. Possible texts to review include, but are not limited to:
nostalgia in literature, film, television, architecture, music, art,
"entertainment", criticism and theory, memoir, fashion; and the nostalgic
qualities of recent critical texts not necessarily addressing nostalgia in
its content.

In general, reviews of individual texts should be no longer than 1200
words, and review essays should be no longer than 4000 words. Please
e-mail to the Review Editor(douglas-dowland_at_uiowa.edu)by MAY 15 your intent
to write a review and on which text/s you will be reviewing.

Please submit papers no later than JUNE 7, 2004 to:

Two hard copies of the manuscript and a disk, preferably in Microsoft Word
(for Windows), should be provided. Manuscripts cannot be returned unless a
self-addressed envelope with US postage is provided. Submissions should be
no longer than 30 pages and should be prepared following the MLA Style Manual.
