Misogyny

The goal of this volume is to analyse the loci of misogyny today. We =
wish to reflect on the hatred of women and on the connection between =
feminism and misogyny. We want to ask if a feminist community must found =
itself on an unconditional love of women or, on the contrary, if can =
exist, within a feminist perspective, a good use of misogyny. =
Furthermore, should a feminist community found itself on the masculine =
equivalent of this emotion, misandria? What can be said of misogyny =
today? Does it still exist? In what shapes? Who exercises it, carries =
it, transmits it, represents it=85 and how? Tessera invites you to =
submit texts, critical and/or creative, on these (and other) aspects of =
misogyny. Deadline: June 30th 2004.

Please send your submission to :
