New Deadline: September 10, 2004. postscript: a peer-reviewed journal of
graduate criticism and theory published annually by graduate students in the
Department of English at Memorial University of Newfoundland has extended
the deadline for its forthcoming issue on freedom and rock 'n roll until
September 10th, 2004. Graduate students are encouraged to submit critical
works that engage the following cfp:

Shakespeare Bulletin, the journal of performance criticism and scholarship, is
seeking articles for its Hands On Shakespeare slot. Essays should be written
from the perspective of someone materially involved in some aspect of the
stage or film production of Renaissance drama, and while they should be
intellectually rigorous, and both critically and theoretically informed, the
articles should be rooted expressly in the concrete conditions of performance,
be it acting, directing, dramaturgy, design, voice work etc.
