The Cassola Conference Committee invites you to submit a proposal for
this year's conference entitled "Communication Matters." As teachers and
researchers, we know communication matters, but what matters in
communication? Or to examine another aspect of the process, why does
communication matter?=20

College and high school teaching faculty, as well as graduate students,
are encouraged to submit proposals. In addition, we welcome proposals
from faculty of all disciplines, as well proposals addressing
interdisciplinary approaches to communication.=20

Session Format:
* 60-minute presentations=20
* Individual or collaborative
* Workshop, panel, or demonstration format
=20
Proposal Guidelines:
*100-word presentation proposal that includes: name(s), institutional
affiliation, contact information (including email), target audience
(college or secondary), equipment needed
*45-word abstract (to be published in program) and session title
*Paragraph describing relevant education and experience, including dates
and institutions.=20

Accepted presenters will be notified via email by mid-December.=20
All presenters are expected to pay conference fee.=20
